Our Practice
We are a modern, FEE FOR SERVICE (except select BCBS plans) practice providing comfortable, personalized dentistry for our loyal, trusting patient base. Our practice is solo dentist-owned (no corporate anything!) with 2100 active patients.
Position Details
We are currently looking to add an associate to work 3 days a week, with the opportunity to add another day in the future as we grow. Compensation is 33% of collections (minus 33% lab bill) with a daily minimum of $600 for the first 6 months. Continuing education stipend of $1500/year.
Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is self-driven for one’s personal and professional growth. We want someone who takes the initiative to go beyond the standard and always looks for ways to improve. We have no interest in someone who shows up to sit in the office waiting to prep teeth.
We want someone excellent at communicating and building relationships. Our practice thrives on this approach. We expect our new associate to have deep, meaningful relationships with our team members and patient base.
Our practice focuses on quality of work over speed. The speed and production will come as one matures within the practice.
We would ideally like our associate to have at least 2 years of experience as a dentist.
